Lyubomir Filipov Sofiyska voda, part of Veolia
Lyubomir has extensive experience from both the public and private sectors. During his time at the State administration, he was part of the Bulgarian Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Taskforce within the Ministry of Finance and also he served as EU financial instruments expert at the Council of Ministers.
Currently, Lyubomir acts as Strategic partnerships and projects Director within Sofiyska voda, part of the global utility company Veolia. His duties are related to the overall management of the company’s Concession contract, the regulatory and legal affairs of the company and the management of the company’s strategic alliances.
Lyubomir has always been a strong believer that big corporations move forward and generate sustainable growth and long-term impact, only if there is a vivid entrepreneur approach, combined with general management skills and practices.
He considers continuous innovation a “must do” for each modern organization, no matter whether it is public or private.
